Where are your stores exactly?

Our main store sits at Piusstraat 11 in Kerkrade, five minutes from the German border. Since March 2024 we are also in Heerlen, at Ganzeweide 177. Both stores open seven days a week.

Are you open on Sunday?

Yes. On Sundays we open from 10:00 to 20:00 in both locations. On other days we open at 09:00 or 10:00 and close at 21:00.

When does the fresh delivery arrive?

Every Thursday we receive a large delivery from Poland. Cold cuts, bread, dairy and frozen goods land that day. Friday they go on promotion.

Do your staff speak Polish, Dutch and German?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team helps you in Polski, Nederlands or Deutsch. English works fine too. If you mention a brand from back home, we usually know what you mean right away.

Can I request a product to be ordered?

Yes, if our suppliers carry it. Call or walk in and we will check when it can come in with the next truck.

Do you have a webshop?

Not yet. We want to nail the in-store experience before moving online. Phone orders are possible and we keep them ready for pickup.

How do you handle allergens?

All packaged products show the original Polish label. Unsure about an ingredient? Ask us, we translate on the spot.

Do you accept contactless payments?

Card works in both stores, Apple Pay and Google Pay too. Cash is fine as well.

Can I assemble Christmas hampers or gift boxes with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Around the holidays we build hampers with our most requested wędliny, sweets and drinks. Call a week ahead for custom orders.

Do you have parking near the store?

Accepted Answer

In Kerkrade there is parking around Piusstraat. In Heerlen there is plenty of parking right in front of the door on Ganzeweide. Both locations are wheelchair accessible.

Question 11

Can I order large quantities, for example for a party?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For weddings, communions and corporate events we offer wholesale pricing. Discuss it with the manager at least a week in advance.

Question 12

Do you accept gift cards?

Accepted Answer

We do not run a standard gift card programme, but amounts can be paid in advance via cash or bank transfer so someone else can collect goods later.
